Henry Cheng was my sale agent and he is really friendly and even answered some questions over email when I've mailed him 2 months after I got my car. Steve was the finance manager and he was really quick and he did all the paperwork in just one visit and I never happened to visit their dealership after the day I got my car, they took care of everything :) Its been 8 months I got my car and I am happy with my car and with the service offered by Livermore Honda.
