"I had been taking my Civic to Dublin Honda for service (after purchasing in Tracy) however they were always so rude. When I moved to Livermore I began taking my Civic to them for Service. All I can say is "Wow!" They were so much more professional and treated me with kindness, never try to overcharge for anything (dealership maintenance is more expensive, but for the quality of service and the loyalty, I will pay a little more).
Recently my wife and I worked with John in Sales and bought a used 2011 Honda Pilot. I have never had such an easy going car buying experience. John was open and honest about everything, which was new. And there was no pressure at all. They also helped us extend our warranty at no cost, knowing we were working on a budget and they wanted us to be happy. I could not have asked for anything more." --Zack Z.
